Introduction:
Building on the success of previous editions, the 100 Eminent Artists Online Exhibition 3.0 aims to bring together exceptional artists from around the globe. This virtual platform offers a unique opportunity for art groups, organizations, and collectives worldwide to showcase the best of their talent. The event will feature 100 eminent artists, selected from the submissions of various groups, celebrating artistic diversity, creativity, and excellence.
Objective:
The primary goal of this exhibition is to foster global artistic collaboration, provide exposure to eminent artists, and create a space for cultural exchange. It will also serve as an inspiration for emerging artists and art enthusiasts worldwide by showcasing works from distinguished creators across various genres and mediums.
Event Format:
This will be a fully virtual exhibition, allowing for widespread participation without geographical limitations. The exhibition will be hosted on a dedicated online platform, making it accessible to a global audience.
Participation Guidelines:
1. Eligibility:
- Any art group, art institute, art gallery, organization, or collective worldwide is eligible to participate.
- Each group or organization can nominate 2 eminent artists whose works will be showcased in the exhibition.
- Each group or organization can submit the logo of their group/ organization, the name, and details of the group founder/ director, etc. for event partners and social media promotion.
2. Submission Requirements:
- Each nominated artist can submit 3 high-quality images of their artwork.
- Artwork details (title, medium, size).
- A brief bio of the artist (max 200 words) with name, email address & contact no.
- A statement about the submitted artworks (max 150 words).
- Contact information and links to the artist’s website or social media for further engagement.
3. Theme:
While there is no strict theme, the exhibition encourages works that reflect the artist's cultural roots, personal narrative, or innovative approaches in their artistic practice.
4. Submission Deadline:
All submissions must be received between 1st October - 30th November 2024.
5. Curatorial Process:
A team of international curators will review all submissions. Final selection will be based on artistic merit, originality, and relevance to contemporary art practices.
Exhibition Features:
• Virtual Gallery Tour: A fully immersive virtual tour with interactive features allowing viewers to explore the exhibition at their own pace.
• Artist Profiles: Each participating artist will have a dedicated section showcasing their biography, artist statement, and links to their professional profiles.
• Global Networking: The exhibition will facilitate virtual meet-and-greet sessions, panel discussions, and artist talks to promote networking and the exchange of ideas.
Event Duration:
The exhibition will run from 1st January 2025 to 30th January 2025, with special events such as artist talks, and virtual exhibition.
Timeline:
• Call for Participation: 1st October 2024.
• Submission Deadline: 30th November 2024.
• Exhibition Launch: 1st January 2025.
